Coding at Connex

The young people at Connex have taken part in coding lessons. We have begun to teach the fundamentals of Coding at Connex through a variety of different resources, including a physical robotic tool called ArtieMax, online activities on a great website called Code.org, and a Coding 'game' called Ozaria.

The students who have been involved with Coding have all given very positive feedback and have taken great pride in the work they have achieved. We are working our way from the ground up by introducing them initially to block-based programming, through various activities such as the ones on Code.org and Scratch, with our students which show high capability able to move onto text-based programming, such as JavaScript or Python.
